I wanted to create a simple game, and when I was done, I decided to save it to Roblox. When I load back on to the game in studio, team create is on without my consent. If it wasn’t annoying, I wouldn’t be writing this. Whenever I change a script, it says (ItsCaelmYt Editing) on the script tab. I have no idea what to do. In the settings where it says “Enable Collaborative Editing”, it is turned off. It doesn’t save scripts at all and when I try to save to roblox, and it says something like uncommitted script changes not saved. Well then how in the world am I supposed to save script changes? I just want to know how to turn it off, because if I had to save the script files in some sort of way every single time I make a single change, it would be annoying. Thanks.
You have to go to your drafts and then you can save them there.
If collaborative editing is off then you shouldn’t have to commit changes.
Where are the drafts?
And also what do you mean by I shouldn’t be having problems?
You can find drafts by going to view > drafts. (Collaborative editing must be on)
What I mean is, if collaborative editing is disabled then script changes shouldn’t become uncommitted.
Not entirely wrong, but a bit misleading. The script changes are not exactly committed in OP’s case, but they are saved. If you save, publish or start the place, the script changes will go in effect. This is due to team create ("USERNAME editing or smt like that). It doesn’t have a different functionality than ‘normal’ behavior, so do not be scared of it. You can also disable team create.
