For years I’ve never had an issue with lagging so bad that you get disconnected.
But recently, as I’ve tried to optimize my game, it would seem that if a script is running no other code on the server can run.
I really don’t think this was the case 3 years ago, have they changed servers or something?

Currently there is an issue with latency that is being worked on, I can link you the post here once I find it!
This is an issue we’re investigating. I’ve heard reports of the same thing from others. The issue isn’t anything you’ve done.

In my game, I frequently find that the servers I play online have a lot of latency when talking to the server. I find that requests can take 1-3 seconds sometimes, as well as the chat.
My question is - how can I diagnose an issue like this? I feel that my scripts are pretty optimized but I also may be completely doing bad practices. The title says it all, Recently I’ve noticed that there is about a 10% chance that when a new server starts the game acts as if it’s running off of a raspberry pi.
(I’ve experienced it on both my game and other smaller games. I’ve also received reports from other players so I know it’s not just my Inet)
