Hi. Recently, an old Roblox event called “Gucci Garden” somehow became public. I quickly joined it and bought the balloons for 15 Robux but didn’t receive a badge granting them and the item as well. I know that the event ended back in 2021 or 2022, but bro, I spent my Robux to get the item which I didn’t receive.

Please, grant me the item! I literally spent my Robux on it, but because I didn’t receive the badge I didn’t receive the item which I paid for as well.
I made two tickets a while ago about a different item from Zara Larsson Launch Party event (I got the badge but not the item), but all of them are getting ignored and I didn’t receive any response.

Roblox grants me the missing event UGC prize which I spent my Robux on.
im sorry but what were you expecting from an event that ended 4 years ago? yes you can argue that you got scammed but you shouldnt have expected to get the item when the game clearly isnt meant to be open. although it is also roblox’s fault for keeping the games open and making the items buyable, this is not a bug, you could probably get a refund from support though.
i think you could get the item if you get lucky with support although you would have to use some techniques to get a real person instead of a bot. i cant think from the top of my head but from what i remember you have a chance of getting it since its not limited and ive definitely seen roblox give items to people this way
you could respond to the ticket by saying you want to speak to a human and you can also speak gibberish. they dont tell you this but you are more likely to get human assistance if the bot cant figure out what you want
