And can i change only the place and set it as start place to my game
Yep, you can do that too. You have to do that via Studio though. In your Game Explorer, there’s an option in the context menu (right click) that says “Mark as Start Place”. This will change the Start Place to the one that you select. Here’s a pictured example with a game of my own.

Right click the Places folder instead of a specific place and select the “Add Place” option.
And must i be owner or only in team
You’ll have to be the owner of the place to be able to use Add Place if the game is on a profile. If it’s in a group, you just have to be in the Team Create.
