Title says it all. Idk what to type here.
ExtentsOffset is based off the way you look. meaning it will always be that # of studs away regardless if you are looking. This makes it sort of pivot around the center part.
ExtentsOffsetWorldSpace is based off the world, so it will always be that many studs away and makes it not pivot but instead act as if that is where the center of it is located.
