Kind of brings a sense of nostalgia, I feel like I’ve seen / been somewhere like this before.
These look like they could be real to be honest! I applaud you for the amazing work you’ve put into these both.

All my maps are made in the studio, very few things are made in Blender, by the way I am a solo builder so I’m used to it

I am at a loss for words right now. This is absolutely insane I don’t even know how to not swear here. I’m sooo impressed beyond belief. I could probably do this but I never put in the time 
also, how did you make the roads? Plug-in?
Roads made with just parts, I hate to use some kind of plugin

This looks good, but one of my first concerns is: What is the part count? (Get a Part Count plugin, but beware of bogus plugins)
Did you build the entire place sololy? Damn…
One question, how long did it took you to build all of it?
I don’t need a plugin to help count the pieces, Roblox Studio itself gives you that function without you having to download a plugin, and I don’t worry about lag, my games go perfectly even though they look big, but they are private now

Building a specific city depends, but it always takes me 1 or 2 months, no more, it’s just a matter of practice.

That second photo had me thinking of GTA V no pixel. Good lighting. I recommend you to look into more details and pbr textures. Good job!
