Staff Guidelines
To ensure that everything runs smoothly at the Daycare, the following guidelines have been made to give staff members the proper knowledge to handling their powers responsibly. All staff members ranked below Group Manager (in most cases) are to follow these rules. Failure to do so may result in a suspension or a demotion based on the severity.
2. Tools
This guideline will explain all tools that you may receive depending on your rank as well as the rules to each.
Teacher Shout
Teacher shout is given to anybody ranked Teacher or higher. It allows you to type in your own message and submit it, allowing the whole server to see what you had to say. Teacher shout should only be used for the following:
- Reminding toddlers about the rules
- Encouraging toddlers to go to class or somewhere for an event
- Calling a high rank to deal with a troller
- Anything else that may be important and is related to the Daycare.
Misuse of this such may result in a suspension or demotion depending on the severity. All shouts are logged for high ranks to view later on.
Whiteboards
Whiteboards can display any text by anybody ranked Teachers in Charge+. Whiteboards may only be used for any reason that is deemed fit or important for the Daycare.

Timeout
Timeout is a tool granted to anybody ranked Vice Principal+ or higher. The timeout tool sends any misbehaving toddler to the timeout room for 10 minutes shall they be breaking any rules found here. Sending anybody to timeout for any other reason may result in a suspension or demotion. All timeouts are logged.
Field trips
Field trips can be hosted by anybody ranked Academic Council or higher. With fieldtrips, you can bring toddlers to special areas and tour them around! (fieldtrip guide + rules coming soon)
Fire Drills
Fire Drills may be hosted by anybody ranked Academic Council or higher. One may only be hosted every 3 hours in a sever, and can not last any longer than 15 minutes.
3. Firedrill Guidelines
An Academic Council+ may host a firedrill for safety reasons. Shall you hear the fire alarm go off, you are to do the following:
- If you have Teacher Shout, shout that this is a fire drill and instruct toddlers to be calm. Being immature such as shouting “THE WORLD IS ENDING HIDE!!!” or similar may result in a suspension or demotion.
- If you are teaching in a class, instruct toddlers to group up with you and escort them out of the daycare.
- If you are in the hallways, search every single room in the daycare to make sure that no other toddlers are there.
- Once the fire alarms are out, use the Teacher Shout to announce (if possible) that the drill is over and that regular operations had resumed.
