Direct hits to a player's previous username should put the player at the front of the list

I spent about 3 minutes running in circles trying to find Rukiryo. Here’s why:

Problem: player search has no special case for previous usernames, and appears to rank players based on string similarity

Solution: exact matches for a player’s previous username should put the player at the front of the list

To add: The card’s previous names area is case sensitive, he’s still last if you search Rukiryo, but he gets the “aka”.
