what is this is this the scale tool ?
seems like a plugin to me, I’ve never seen this before
that’s what I thought at first too, but it’s not a plugin
are you sure its not a plugin? (did you disable them all?)
If its not a plugin then whatever it is should be disable-able by either right clicking like you would to disable the face indicator or in the view tab. (or somewhere in those tabs)
What does this indicator indicate? Maybe that would help you find out where it came from.
