There is a way to hide these elements?
This is a beta feature that has recently been rolled out. To disable it, when in Studio, click on File tab, then the Beta Features button and in the window that opens up find the “Updated Roblox Controls” Beta feature. Disable this feature to make the new UI dissapear
These new UI elements are part of the big UI revamp.
As they are CoreGui, I think you can disable them with SetCoreGuiEnabled (StarterGui | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub),
but as this is a beta feature, like @MrHypro already stated, this will be rolling out to all experiences in the near future.
