The Discord must have:
- Icon might be the Roblox Group Icon.
- It must includes SAME ranks of the Roblox Group.
- It must be Setup properly and channels permissions also Setup.
- Same Icon of the Roblox Group.

Roles:
- The roles must be the Roblox Group Ranks.
- It must include ranks such as “LR,MR,HR” to differentiate roles given to members.
Members:
- Members of the Roblox group must be in the Discord.
General overview:
- The Roblox group must include all the Discord roles.
- Must have the same Icon than the discord server.
- Must be associated to allies / enemies.
- Posesss a clear description.
- Divisions are checked every week ends, they must fill all the requirements given by this document.
- If requirements are not met, A strike will be given. After 3 strikes, the leader is demoted.
- Members must behave properly.
- Members must use grammar.
- Attitude is not tolerated.
Promotions:
To promote a member, he must’ve passed his trial succesfully.
- The Promotion must be logged in the Promotion Channel using this format:

Demotions:
To demote a member, he’ve must have been given 2 warnings before demotion.
- The demotion must be logged in the Demotion Channel using this format:

Player Demoted: (Name.)
Reason: (Reason of the demotion.)

Trials:
To create a valid trial, you must log it in the Trial logs channel using the following format:
Host: (Host Name.)
Attendees: (Names.)
Date: (00/00/00.)
Supervisor: (Supervisor Name.)
Status: (On-Going, Concluded.)

Requirements:
[LR]
- Must be in the division for at least 2 weeks.
- Has a general knowledge over the division.
- Shown activity.
- Wrote a paragraph about the division lore (20 lines minimum.)
! The division leader can add more requirements !
[MR]
- Must be LR for at least 1 month.
- Has a very good knowledge over the division & lore.
- Is mature.
- Hasn’t been given more than 1 warn.
- Wrote a paragraph about his role responsabilities & mission (30 lines minimum.)
- Got the approval of at least 3 HR’s.
! The division leader can add more requirements !
[HR]
- Must be MR for at least 3 months.
- Has a very good knowledge over the division & lore.
- Is mature.
- Can handle responsabilities.
- Has shown a very good activity within’ SPN & the division.
- Must have 0 warns.
- Wrote a paragraph about his role responsabilities & mission (30 lines minimum.)
- Create a scenario on 3 different situations an HR could face and their solutions.
- Got the approval of at least 2 SPN Councillors

Hosts:
- The Host must be at least a [MR] or a [HR] to host a trial.
- The host mission is to make a trial properly in order to maintain a fair play ranking in the division.
Supervisor:
- The Supervisor must be an [HR+] or a Division Councilor. or SPN Councilor to supervise a trial.
- The supervisor mission is to make sure the host does everything properly & correct his possible mistakes.
Strikes, must be cleared after 2 months with good behaving.
Warns, must be cleared after 2 weeks with good behaving.
Inactivity:
Members must log their inactivity in the Inactivity notice channel using the following format:
Name: (member name).
Date: (Date the log is posted).
Duration: (Duration of the inactivity.)
Reason: (Reason of the inactivity) + [Warning], the member is not forced to tell the reason if it is personal!
- Freeranking is not tolerated.
- All logs shall be preserved.
- Act with maturity.
- Be responsible.
- Be active.
- Only role allowed to be handpicked is “Council” but the member must be HR to be choosen.
- Dictatures are not tolerated.
- Events shall be verified to make sure rules are not broken.
Neutral:
- By default a division is set neutral towards all other divisions, it means you are nor enemies nor allies, a peace is instored.
Allies:
- Being allies means you assist your ally through their wars and needs.
Enemies:
- Being enemies means you are in war, and by default your enemies are KOS (Kill On Sight). However, respect shall be present and insults or disrespect are not tolerated. (Strikable).
Requirements:
- Got Thip Approval.
- A valid reason (such as killed a member or disrespected, ect…)
- Relationships updated in the RelationShips channel.
