Hello , Can Anyone File DMCA claim even if he isn’t the creator ?
and what makes a ( Build / music / script ) Have my signature ?

Let’s Say i’m the creator and i made a building to use in my game
after sometime i gave this building to 2 friends ( A , B ) and they used it in their game ( Separate games )

Can (A) file a DMCA Claim to take down (B) Game Without my permission ?

Nope, Roblox will only take in DMCA claims if they come from the original creator. The closest exception to this is if you’re under 13, in which an adult representative will have to file one for you.
