So mine and my friends game was taken down by fake dmca claim, they used old account with old place copied our map with exploit and filed dmca we tried to counter notice but every respond is that something is missing in counter notice message like they said he needs to put his phone number even if it is there anyone with experience about counter notice could help?

They are answering that a proper counter notice must follow your complete physical address and phone number but we already included it in our email so i dont really know what we should do
