What am I missing? What should I change?

Try sending this document as a picture instead, maybe they cannot access the pdf?
I’ve sent it as plain text as well. They read the document but there is something wrong with it according to them.
As someone who’s tried appealing false DMCAs in the past I can confirm firsthand that they don’t care.
I sent in a ticket through the DMCA section about a counterclaim for the items that were falsely claimed.
First response I got asked for the exact same information I had put in the original counterclaim as if it didn’t exist.
Second response I got told me Roblox allows all users to create a variety of content. If you are an IP rights holder and you wish to send a notification of claimed infringement for such content, please follow the procedures set forth in the Roblox DMCA Policy as incorporated in our Terms of Use.
Third response I got assumed I was trying to DMCA someone else.
Fourth response told me to dox myself directly to the person who was doing the false claim (who I didn’t have any contact info of mind you), so I straight up gave up trying.
I can’t even say “anything to keep profits flowing” cause having stuff not available to purchase is less robux being spent. They straight up could not care less about counterclaims.
I think they just do not receive files you send to them, so try copying the text from the file into the message box and send it as plain text, no image, no files?
I’m pretty sure that by “electronic signature,” they mean a handwritten signature drawn online. In the past, I used plain text, which they didn’t seem to accept. However, when I sent them an image of my signature that I drew in a drawing program, they accepted it.
And for the statement thing, I’m not sure. This is what I put in my Counter-notice
‘I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. This notice is accurate to the best of my knowledge.’
You can place that statement at the end, below the address and phone number.
Also, I don’t think it needs to be a PDF file. I managed to get accepted by just sending plain text.
Ok. I will try this. The only reason I did not send a hand drawn signature is because they said the same thing before when I did use a hand drawn one.
I think it may be difficult for Roblox support to read through the thread (Maybe their email system works differently from gmail) so I might open up a fresh ticket with the image to see if that’s easier if this one gets declined.
Could you provide an example of a proper perjury statement?
