Both servers can be used at the same time – I’ve seen this in KreekCraft’s streams where he’s had multiple VIP/Private Servers on a single game with a variety of players in each server.

Private servers are subscription-based servers detached from Roblox’s automatic matchmaking pipeline and with configurations for the subscriber. Other than their heightened permissions and join privacy, they function like regular servers. Any number of servers can be used at any time.
