Do I have to manually input thousands of language translations for my game?

I made a CSV file with all the in-game text strings for my game, which I then uploaded as a CSV file with all the strings under the source column as the template shows, and the website accepted it. Unfortunately, it shows the suggested translation for every string for every language, but doesn’t actually set it to the automatic translation. The only thing I wanted to do manually was pick which strings get translated, not the actual selecting of translations. Is there anything I can do about this? I’ll have to spend tens of hours copy-and-pasting to get my languages up to 100%.
