I recently dropped a new game, and it averages around 10-45 CCU. This is a monumental achievement for me (it’s my first solo game), yet I have no idea how to continue from here.
I was thinking of using the robux I’ve earned to sponsor the game more, but I’ve had conflicting opinions. Right now, I plan to just continue updating the game and hope that people play more and that might get ROBLOX to recommend my game more.
So, is it worth sponsoring when you already have a playerbase?
I mean, if you already have a solid playerbase, I would definitely try to put efforts into the game so your players don’t leave, but I think sponsoring your game probably wont hurt if you have the robux for it. One thing that also matters is the type of game this is. If it’s a more short term cash grab game, you probably just want to keep your current player base, but if its a more long term game, sponsoring might be a good idea
Of course! I didn’t use any social media, I just used the ads manager from Dec 02-14 and after the ROBLOX algo did it’s thing. I genuinely don’t have any tips it just happened lol.
