Do not prune empty tracks in the animation editor when the animation editor window loses focus

As a Roblox developer it is currently annoying to have to add body parts to the animation editor again if you accidentally lose focus while some of the tracks are still empty.

This bug I reported earlier today is apparently considered intended behavior, so here is a feature request to change this behavior. If I add a body part and the animation editor window loses focus I should not have to add the body part again. That is bad UX.

Please make it so the animation editor remembers that these tracks were added, even if they appear empty. Thanks.
