As a Roblox developer, it’s currently too hard to have my game discovered when the Recommended for You sort is full of games users have already played in the past.
These are the games I am recommended to play:
I’ve played ALL of the above games in the past (except for that Piggy game) for the Metaverse Champions event. There are 99 games recommended for me to play. I’ve already played almost ALL of them before they were even recommended (there are exceptions of course but you get the point I guess).
The problem is that I (and many others!) cannot discover new ones. If I am just being recommended games I’ve already played, then why is there a sort about it in the first place. It’d make more sense to have a sort that recommends games we haven’t played in a while. At this point, Recommended for You simply clutters the Home and Discover pages.
If Roblox is able to address this issue, then it’d be easier for me and other users to find games we actually haven’t played in the past.
