I made a mistake with ad targeting and the ad manager won’t let me rectify it. I figure I can just pause it indefinitely, and make a new one with the same budget. However I don’t know if I am losing money by doing this. Am I billed for the money I used, or am I billed all at once, and that money is lost to the system? The website talks about ad credits, but I paid with USD directly.

Maybe or probably because ADS need money. So the chances is like 60 from a 100 to paying for the ADS.
