Do premium payouts include all places in an experience?

I’ve recently released a game in which players are teleported to a separate place for the actual game, and the main place is just a hub. I’ve noticed that despite premium users spending most of their time in the game and not much in the lobby, I am not making any premium payouts, but I got some when time was spent in the lobby for bug testing. Are the in game premium payouts somewhere else or do they just not exist?

What you are experiencing sounds like it might be a bug! How much traffic and playtime do you have in the sub-places?

we have a few people coming in per hour and most (if not all) of them spend most of their time in the sub place. we know they stay for much longer than the developer stats page shows (~1 minute average visit time) because before releasing, we noticed that the average visit time did not account for the time we spent in sub places, but now this means that we can’t know how much playtime we are getting. i will say that our premium playtime score was about 3 these past few days but reported 0 robux earned.

so apparently NOTHING on the developer stats page includes the subplaces for me. theres nothing under the dev product sales despite having sold developer products.

It’s currently a small bug, or intended.
Here’s a few guesses.

  1. New games doesn’t get premium payouts until they’re verified.

  2. Roblox pays a month after.

ive got premium payouts from the lobby, but none from the subplace where the main game takes place
