I was just about to upload a hat I made. I only have 2 days left of Roblox Premium 1000. Will my non-limited UGC items go off sale when my premium membership expires? And if so, will I still own the items and be able to use them ingame?

Yes, your UGC items will go offsale once your premium runs out, it is the same as owning a limited when you don’t have premium, you can’t do anything with them until you buy it again.

Yes, it works the same as a limited item, you own it but you cannot sell or do anything to it without premium.
