This document is for customers of CanaryUI, you are advised to read the whole document before paying the prepayment.

Note for customers

This service is not affected by IP policy as the work you order is still owned by us and we have permission to revoke the order or disallowing you from using our services if there is a valid reason.

Failure to follow our payment process, any inappropriate behavior, or reverse-engineering is found will lead to service termination, service ban and also order being revoked. Prepayment and final payment will not be refunded if the stuff above happened and you are not allowed to use the product unless approved by us.

Country restrictions

The following countries are not allowed to use our services:
  • Thailand
  • North Korea & South Korea
  • Iceland
  • Russia
  • France
  • Italy
  • Isis
  • Iraq
  • Texas (US)
  • Florida (US)

Age restrictions

Customers must be above 13 years old to use our services. If an underage customer is found, we will revoke the order and ban the customer for using the services until when the customer is above 13.

Resources required for registering

You are required to prepare the following resources before using our services:
  • Methods to contact (e-mail etc)
  • Monthly revenue summary (Profit/Loss)
  • Project proposal
  • Document to prove your nationality

Requirements

Customers must be a Devforum new member or a ROBLOX veteran in order to use our services, customers must be above 13 years old and their nationality is not in our banned countries list.

Payment process

Once the customer made an order, the customer must pay 25% of the price as prepayment and 75% when we've finished your order.
