Document in-game keybinds for freecam & hiding UI

There are three useful keybinds which are not officially documented anywhere (except for random places in the DevForum):

It would be really nice to have a place where we can consistently look-up these hotkeys for in-game for experience creators. Maybe they should also be shown in the escape menu here:
