Is there any documentation on what every studio setting does? its confusing on what each and every one of them do.

What your saying here is that I essentially dont need to know what all of these settings do, a bit like magic where it just “happens” and nobody questions this. I see this as a bad mindset and I am still looking for an answer to my question so I can further improve my Roblox Studio to suit my needs.
