Would a DMCA’d game on my account sanction my ability to Devex?
If so how long does this last, is it perm?
Ive attempted devexing about 5 times now and i have been declined
1st- 3rd - ROBUX from the DMCA’d game
^ Reasonable why it got declined, support verified my reasoning
4th-5th - ROBUX recieved from a new game.
Declined for a mystery reason so far until support gets in touch
So in summary, does a DMCA sanction DEVEX abilitys?

So 10k robux was remaining in the balance from the old dmca’d game (dirty robux)
and i took 30k from the new game that is clean and devexable
Since the 10k+30k are mixed would that make the entirety of robux undevexable?
Bare in mind i only attempted to devex 30k knowing this.

I feel like you made a devforum post way too early especially if you haven’t heard back from support, it says in the DevEx ToS:
Developer Exchange ToS "7. Be in complete compliance at all times with the Roblox Terms of Use, which include these DevEx Terms and the Roblox Community Standards. By way of example, the following will disqualify you from DevEx: scamming, phishing, false advertising, attempting to exchange Robux for real currency other than through DevEx, and any illegal or unethical activities."
Therefore the right to use DevEx may be temporarily suspended or permanently depending on the offense, the amount of offenses, etc.
In summary yes, moderation action especially DMCA’s can heavily affect your ability to DevEx any funds you recieve. One game can ‘poison’ your entire ability, even if it’s “clean” robux from another game.
Of course, not an Administrator at roblox, please continue communicating w/ Support.
