Does a game's age limitation affect the text filtering?

Hello there.
I’m making a system that allows players to name their character. My characters are animals so I would like my game to allow some scientific names such as “Procyon” (raccoon), but the filtering system doesn’t allow many of these.
I was wondering if I set the age limitation to 13, would it allow some of these names, that it’s not allowing now, as there’s currently no age limitation?

This is kind of an extra question but why the filtering system doesn’t allow some common names such as “Lisa”?

I tried this with no age restrictions and 13-age restriction, and the words allowed seem to be the same. So I guess age restrictions do not really affect text filtering.

To my extra question, this time roblox’s filtering allowed the name “Lisa”. I’ve noticted that roblox sometimes allows a certain word and sometimes not, though I have no idea why this is.
