This is the brain damage effect from Broken Bones; I’m trying to implement something with similar looking effects into a project I’m working on, but no matter how much I mess around with the various post-processing effects I can’t come close to replicating this. Any help would be appreciated

ColorCorrectionEffect but with the Saturation and Contrast values set to above/below 1/-1.
The Property window slider constrains it, but you can manually set it to wild values.
