I’m wondering if anyone has a good template for badges/game passes, where it accounts for how only a circle of the 512x512 icon will be shown, like this:
If you’re using the word “template” to mean a base image then you can start by inserting the picture you posted into any image editor and start making the icon.
I account for this by creating my square canvas, then using my art program to make a circle and just… sizing the circle to the biggest size it can be before its edges get sliced by the end of the canvas. Then I use that circle as a sort of border and copy it along when making new badges. The first person’s idea is pretty much the simplest way to do that.
