I’m pretty sure all of the games you mentioned use some modified version of drivers seat and hinges.

There are 2 tutorials you can follow along and create on a suspension car, which jailbreak uses with custom wheels and rim, and especially a script that needs the button “E” to enter.

If you are talking about the second video, it’s just a example of how it works.
You don’t have to use the free model car in order for it to work, any type of car works like the suspension car in the first video and many other things.
