Does anyone know a module for Draggable UI that supports Console?

I am trying to have a draggable UI object have support for console. I have looked at other modules but I have not found a single one that has controller support.

I have also tried editing the underlying code itself but I could not get it to work.
If anyone knows any modules, it would be greatly appreciated.
