Hey, this is pretty specific, but I recently remembered seeing this transparent gray box with a message in the top left corner of my screen in some older games. It seems similar to the “Message” object, but I couldn’t find it.

It’s the message object. It didn’t always fill up the entire screen, it used to only be in the corner.
It can be replicated nowadays with a basic TextLabel.

As a Message and Hints appearance can’t be changed, I believe it’s just a textlabel modified to look like a message
