Hello! I’m on the last stages of game development for my up and coming game , Fishing Simulator. I’m currently working on polishing the game and it came to my attention that I should add more music. Does anyone know where I can find some upbeat music that is royalty free?

Honestly two ways I get music whenever I want music in a game:
- I search up songs I like on my search engine by saying “Roblox [SONG NAME] id”.
- I go into audio section of the toolbox and type in a mood or feeling and usually the ones by Roblox can be quite interesting and I assume would be royalty free. I’ve found some sick beats from doing that and I was shocked that a lot of the ones they provide are really cool (the content deleted music was a bit lame in my opinion when you hear it 10 times - as such I wasn’t expecting the others to be really good).
I honestly love Daft Punk and some of the songs they do can be upbeat - I would honestly recommend them if you want somewhat well known music producers who do music like that. Looking at Roblox’s ones is certainly a big recommendation though.
The Roblox audio library has a ton of good audio as long as you search for a specific keyword. I recommend looking for audio uploaded by Roblox. I use a ton of audio from there for my games and they work pretty well.
Since you said you were looking for simulator type music for your game, I found one that might work for you

Having run into the same problem quite recently, taking a trip through ROBLOXs self uploaded audio proved quite sucessful for me. I was delightfully suprised with the sheer amount of stuff theyve actually uploaded for free use.
This is is where I reccomend anyone to start, as it can be quite tough finding what you want barring the vastness of the internet.

Other options would be to put filters on google search for royalty free music + genre.

I suggest you to find a music, that’s not copyrighted, and you could also go to the ROBLOX main profile and go to inventory, then music, there’s a lot of amazing music they made! Or you could hire an music composer, if you have enough funds! Hopefully this worked for you.
