Is this just generic roleplay gaem? I donât think much is different dare I say you stole some scripts? The music is even the sameâŚ
I have not stolen any scripts. I script it myself. I donât think the music is the same.

Just because the games are similar in concept and the music is the same, doesnât mean that Ravenor stole anything. Thatâs a ridiculous claim.
I agree. This is a lot similar to generic roleplay gaem.
Its literally the same music, The same rare concept, The same team colors and the same UI but with a different font. Defending him is ridiculous, Calling him out is not. Its fine if you remake a game but stealing its assets is taking hard work away from developers that spend hours scripting or thinking of new ways to make their game fun.
A game concept is not an asset, therefore taking a game concept does not equal to taking assets.
Two games with very similar concepts will inevitably use similarly functioning scripts to produce similar gameplay. This applies to the UI too. It doesnât mean anything has been stolen.
I canât really make an argument for the music, though whether it was actually âstolenâ or not depends on if it was made made by the developers of GRG.
By your logic, the developers of most chart obbies and ToH clones are guilty of theft. Because apparently, âthe games have similar concepts, UI and scripting, so they must have stolen all of those assets from an existing gameâ.
Is By Nightfall a rip-off of GRG? Of course. Would I like to see more originality? Yes. However, claiming that someone stole assets is a pretty serious accusation. Itâs not something you should just throw in to add legitimacy to your point.

Ok let me say it in simpler terms, This is stolen. The scripting and the gui are identical to GRG.
It is highly unlikely for someone to A, Get the same music, B, Highly unlikely to use the (Visually) same GUI but with a different Fonts (Even the same colors), And C, Use the same concept.
Also, Concepts CAN be stolen, They just donât matter as much as assets.
I have some pros and cons of this game.
Pros: The programming is pretty good in the game. I can tell it took some work. Gui is nice and clean, (looks like grg but a lot of people use that type of gui look) the music is nice (though again sounds really like grg. Gameplay is simple.
Cons: Map doesnt look great. Sorry but it doesnt look like a lot of effort was put into it. I think I saw some free models, which are fine its just dont use free models for things that pop out. Gameplay isnt intriguing, game doesnt hook me to keep playing. Not very original, has the same gameplay mechanics as grg. Asides from the getting attacked by monsters part thatâs cool.
My advice: you have a good idea, now just have to make it better. How about make it more like zombs.io. If you dont know what that is itâs a game where you make a base and turrets to defend against zombies at night, the waves get harder and harder. You can probably do something like that, have people build forts and colonies. They invite people to the colonies and then you can attack other colonies. Make nice building mechanics like roller coaster tycoon.

Maybe not stolen but inspired. A lot of games are almost identical to other games but worth a but if a twist. Like bad business or counter blox. He took grg and made it his own type of game. Which is fine in terms of roblox games.

For the third time (fourth if you count Mr_Marshmellowâs second reply), nothingâs been stolen.
The UI functions similarly and is located in roughly the same places, but visually looks very different. In fact, Iâd say that the UI here overall looks better than the UI in GRG, since itâs less basic.
The scripts have also not been stolen, because the stolen scripts wouldnât work at all in a different game. âThe scripts are exactly the same because the games are similarâ is something Iâd expect out of someone whoâd never used Roblox Studio before, not anyone above that.

IT IS STOLEN PERIOD, You can literally see the same bugs and flaws as GRG, The same music, The same UI but with different colors and fonts (LIKE I SAID) I seriously donât understand whatâs so hard to understand. You are both (@dave4681 @trueblockhead101) really dense.
