Does info@roblox.com Do Refunds Of Gamepasses?

I didn’t buy any gamepasses that I want a refund for… but not everyone is so lucky or smart on what not to buy. I see “refund or i report” in the commends a lot, but… nothing happens. I was wondering if info@roblox.com is able to do refunds, and what form of proof is needed to process refunds if refunds can be done.

Roblox itself doesn’t have the power to refund a specific body of users. info@roblox can only do so much, anyway. The best option in situations like these is to just add some form of compensation.

EDIT: oh yeah, so long as the money is still in Pending Sale, refunds are possible. Post Pending, I don’t know.

ROBLOX itself refunds gamepasses/etc – that’s the entire purpose of storing funds in Pending Sales instead of directly sending them to the seller’s account. I’m not sure if info@roblox.com is the right place to request a refund, but they can probably point you in the right direction. Report Abuse might also work. I’m also not sure if they’ll refund if your purchase has made it out of Pending Sales.

Support that as it will solve a bunch of issues with users not knowing it does not work. Even a 7 year old can tell if it’s more red than green there’s an issue.

People leave messages like this on things like tip jars, can’t really trust a lot of them.
I also have people asking for refunds because something broke temporarily or they are in an old server. Users are not great at defining broken.

In the case of the linked passes, the comments spread more than just a single day, indicating it’s not just a borked server, as well as a lack on the developer’s part to rectify the issue.

Different than code breaking or borked servers.
