Does Player.CharacterRemoving run before log delay?

When a player leaves the game and they have delay/lag while leaving (character stays in the spot they left at), does Player.CharacterRemoving run regardless of the leaving delay?

tl;dr: Need a solution for delay while leaving causing players characters to stay alive longer than intended

I am honestly unaware but you can test this most likely by testing these events in conjunction and see which one is which.

Well I tested out that theory which didn’t prove very fruitful now that I think about it

I’m going to edit the title of this post again since I worded it badly but I’m trying to achieve a solution for players leaving the game and having log delay, leaving their characters to be killed by other players.
