Does Roblox deny devex requests from new accounts?

If your group is owned by a Group Holder that was made less then a month ago & you payout the holder robux then attempt to devex, would it let you even though your account is so young? or would it be denied

I’m not sure if account age is one of the requirements. You can read the DevEx FAQs here.

I know that it doesn’t state it there anywhere but I still want to confirm if there is any alt account detection or something like that when trying to cash out

I don’t believe so. If there was a system like that, Roblox would have specified it in their requirements.
