Does 'Sponsored Items' still work or is it deprecated?

Apologies if this has been answered or is obvious to many.
I haven’t used any advertising since banner Ads and legacy Sponsorships.

I see the new Ads Manager.
I also see Sponsored Items:

However, the dropdown doesn’t work (even with AdBlocker disabled).

Is this expected, has Sponsorships been discontinued?
Recent DevPost would indicate it’s still around, but maybe merged with Ads Manager?
