I know that red armbands are considered against terms of service, was just wondering if this would count as a red armband.

It represent a good amount of nationalism and fascism, as for certain players.
However, Roblox will not moderate it if you remove that logo.

Under the Roblox Community Standards; Under Section 1 (Safety), Paragraph 7: It states the following;
Roblox prohibits content or behavior that supports, glorifies, or promotes any terrorist or extremist organization and their actions, including:
- Depictions of or support for terrorist or extremist attacks or terrorist actors
- Depictions of or support for the leaders of terrorist organizations
- Depictions of the slogans, images, flags, or icons of terrorist organizations
- Recruiting membership for a terrorist or violent organization, or encouraging others to leave Roblox to find such information
- Fundraising for terrorist or extremist organizations, people, or groups
Technically, this could be depicted as supporting a terrorist or extremist organization(s). It could also go the opposite way and be depicted as mocking a group with desire of angering the said organization(s).
I do understand that the Armband is supposed to resemble the Flag of the United States of America, however anything can be dissected from those bands.
I would recommend creating a new armband that looks more so like what it’s supposed to represent and remove the Logo.

As long as they aren’t being disrespected in any way; such as being worn, burned, stepped on, ran over, or being treated in any other way besides as a flag… that wouldn’t be an issue. Flags of Countries are okay, flags of organizations… depends on the organization and if they’re under the terrorist or extremist tier.

A lot of social medias talked about roblox MRPs, sometimes the members finds having a symbol and wearing it makes them more powerful, prideful and attractive, which gets a bit on the ideological side

That could be looked upon as you creating a Mock/Parody symbol/flag; which could cause tensions to rise in the real world.

Maybe don’t do arm bands and instead just place the flag icon on the uniform?
Arm bands (red ones specifically) could get you moderated because of the history behind them, but I don’t see how a flag ok its own would.
