Staff Guide

LR Ranks | 4 - 7:
Our LRs serve at their desk at the campsite. Campsite Guards are to patrol the campsite and look out for any rule breakers. LR ranks are obtainable by attending and passing an interview session, and then attending and passing a training session. LRs are permitted to attend full training sessions, however they are only allowed to answer questions at the start of interview sessions before they are kicked. To be promoted to an MR position, LRs have to prove that they have a great work ethic and are willing to stay active and professional. Attending trainings and shifts as an LR is a suitable way to show your dedication towards the group. We want them to show that they are respectful and helpful candidates, as this is crucial for joining our MR team. This includes having a suitable reputation within linked/allied communities.

MR Ranks | 8 - 11:
Our MRs supervise at the campsite and work at the desks if there aren’t enough LRs present to fulfil the camper’s needs. MRs are permitted to attend full training and interview sessions. During trainings, ranks 8-10 will be prioritised to train (but LRs are chosen if there are not enough MRs present), and rank 11s are expected to choose staff to train and help and then supervise. To obtain any rank from 8-10, you must be promoted from your LR position (or pass an MR application). To obtain rank 11, you must be promoted from your previous MR position. MRs can be promoted by keeping up the standards which got them promoted to their MR position, and making sure they attend an equal amount of shifts, trainings, and interviews. Ranks 8-10 are not required to have safe chat disabled, however you are unable to obtain ranks 11 and above with it enabled.

MR+ Rank | 12:
Our rank 12s are still MR ranks, but they take on some of the HR responsibilities, and are therefore labelled MR+. They should supervise at the campsite and host sessions frequently. To get promoted to an HR position, they need to prove that they are able to take on the responsibilities of the HR ranks. Maintaining the skills that got them promoted to their MR+ position is important for them to earn a promotion to a high rank. They should be actively hosting and assisting wherever they can.

HR Ranks | 13 - 15:
Our HRs have a variety of different tasks, but overall are expected to help the group stay active, grow, and be conducted effectively. They are expected to host sessions frequently, but also have their own individual focuses. To get promoted to a higher HR position, these staff should show that they understand their role as an HR well, and help out with the group where they can. The highest rank that these staff can be promoted to is 15, as our SR ranks are reserved for particular members.

SR Ranks | 16 - 18:
Our SR ranks are reserved for lilythedolly0, MajesticalMemes, and TimmieSmh. Rank 16 has a limit of 2 people at a time, however we are not looking to hire anybody for this rank at this time. The SR ranks develop, overlook the work of all staff ranks, and make sure the group is conducted well.

Alliances

Affilliate requirements:
Must have at least half of the amount of members that Dolly’s has.
Must be active (we’d like to see at least one of your facilities being used frequently). This rule will be less enforced if your group is undergoing major development.
You must have at least 1 HR+ in our group and communications server. They will be ranked to Noted Camper. The maximum amount of members from an allied group that we will allow to obtain the Noted Camper rank is 3.
You are highly recommended to have your own Discord server.
Must maintain a good amount of communication with the group - we will inform you of our events, etc, and you are expected to do the same.
Must be a company. This includes clothing groups.
If you end up not following one of these requirements, you must be willing to accept our protocols for what will happen next for our alliance.

Who to contact to start an alliance:
If you believe your group follows all of these requirements and you’d like to form an alliance, you may contact a rank 14 or above. If none of these members are available, try to contact a lower rank (at least rank 12+), and they will then pass it on to the rank 14+. When sending an alliance request, please provide the following information: your group’s name, what your group is, and why you’d like to form an alliance. Please remember that this process can take some time and you will need to be willing to communicate with whoever you’re talking to while they review your request.

Promotions/Ban Appeals

Promotion Recommendations:
If you’ve seen a staff member who you believe deserves a promotion, feel free to contact a rank 8+ with your recommendation. It’s not compulsory for these members to accept promotion recommendations, but some staff will choose to take them. Please provide the following information: their username, why they deserve to be promoted, and how long they have worked at Dolly’s (if you know). You can see what kinds of behaviour deserve a promotion from the Staff Guide section of this Handbook if you’re unsure.

Ban Appeals
If you’re banned and would like to be unbanned, contact a rank 11+ with an appeal. It’s not compulsory for rank 11s to accept ban appeals, but it is for 12+. Please provide the following information when sending a ban appeal: your username, which facility you are banned from, why you are banned (if you know), why you should be unbanned, and how you will improve in the future to avoid another ban.
