I really want a new thumbnail for my game, but I am not very artistic. :frowning:
I will pay 1K robux if someone will make a new thumbnail for
External Media

That’s $2.50, $1.75 asuming you’re not covering taxes.

I wouldn’t expect many takers.

How long do you think thumbnails take to make? One of my most highly detailed thumbnails was about 3 hours of work.

I made my old thumbnail in about 40 minutes…

Hehe, try days when you start getting into cross-program stuff. When I do a 3ds Max (especially textured) and Photoshop combination it takes lots of time for each step.

Those hardly even look rendered at all lol

In response to your thumbnail request, 1k for a thumbnail won’t get you anything better than your current one.
The only way you’d get a great thumbnail for that price is if you’ve made a decent enough contribution to this forum that people would want to donate you a thumbnail or if the game is really great.
I made one (not that you meet either criteria). Whether you use it or not is up to you.

Did it for a kick / 10

Could you give me a screenshot to what the maps look like?

The fact that you are still asking for thumbnails after having received two is really scammy
The fact that you failed to tell us the specifications for the thumbnails until after two of us had already completed thumbnails is even worse

I wouldn’t really consider mine an effort or a legitimate thumbnail.

There’s also that all you (OP) really do is request things to be made for you here (and with under-appreciative rates at that)
No contribution going on really

I would not ask for someone to make me a thumbnail. I prefer to do them by myself.
I made this in less than 20 minutes. Normally I do these types of backgrounds in my deviantart page. Even the fact it didn’t take that long and it is cheap to make. It still looks really nice. Putting your character in the thumbnail shouldn’t take that long ethier. (If you use greenscreen skybox in studio) I made this with Adobe Flash CS6, and if you use the old macromedia flash 8 (which is now an easy full program to get). You can still get the same result.

I would, one of the most important things to consider when creating a thumbnail is how eye catching it is. Taymaster is a great example of a developer who uses seemingly mediocre thumbnails to great effect because of his use of bold text and contrasting bright colors. You don’t have to be a master at 3D software or know how to photoshop a shadow to create great thumbnails. Taymasters thumbnails from a design standpoint aren’t fantastic but that doesn’t make them bad.

You have shown you have enough talent to create a background with a player photoshopped in, then you slapped some bold text on top. That’s all you need lol, remove the mirrors crap and you have yourself a front page worthy thumbnail

All I did was render the player/presents through SFM in front of a green background then googled LSD…
