Don't have access to use a public sound?

I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ROBLOX BUGS CATEGORY

this is a public audio, so how come am I NOT ABLE TO USE IT?

i found it on the toolbox but i cant use it?? why?? how??

Lol why am I still @itsVoidcrusher That might be its own bug
Anyway, about not having access, that’s weird, maybe try restarting roblox studio (?) And about getting into the bugs category, I feel you, it took me like 4 months!
