I basically have a problem where I made a change that I for some reason cannot undo. Therefore I went to revert my game to before I accidentally made the change. But before reverting, I got reminded that I would lose a bunch of other work.
So what I wanted to do is download the previous version and take what I need and put it in the current version, keeping all of my other work.
I’ve seen this possible with the BTR (Better Roblox) extension in the past, but that was only for the previous creator page before the current; create.roblox.com.
You can save your place as a file for a backup if you want, then revert to a previous version in the Version History (newer versions wont disappear), copy the content you need, and then revert to a newer version
Thanks for your help, although I’ve found a solution for it myself.
I found out there was a version history in Roblox Studio that allowed you to open previous versions without reverting the game to it and not even having to download a file, it was more of a temporary cloud download.
