Downscaled mesh deforms during animation

Hello, I am having issues with a custom mesh imported from blender stretching during animations.
I had imported the model at first and downscaled it in roblox, which the animations work fine on, though it was drifting around corners when I put an AI script into it. To try to fix this I downscaled it in blender to 0.01 units, which solved the mesh from sliding around corners, but when I go run the animation in game it stretches out insanely. I have tried using the animation downscaler plugin but that didnt solve it either. Im at a wits end with it so im hoping you lovely people may know the solution or have any suggestions. I will post videos of both.
Note: theyre the same model though they may look a bit different, and theyre both animated using the studio plugin.

I appreciate any help

This model is the first one I scaled down in roblox. You can see that the animation is playing correctly but slides around corners.

This is the model I scaled down the units in blender, it doesnt slide around but the animation stretches out.

I still haven’t found a fix yet. Any ideas or helpful resources out there?

Did you apply the same scale to the animation itself?

I made the animations in roblox after I imported the mesh. I did try the animation downscale plug-in but that didn’t work

Alternatively I think you could adjust the Physical Properties of the HumanoidRootPart to not slide in the first case

keep the deformation, it looks funny

I may play around with that as I have not found a fix yet, but to be fair I have put it to the side for now. I’m looking to tackle it this week sometime.

i think i have an idea for it as an easter egg of sorts lol but it would be nice to fix this one in the meantime
