I recently noticed a problem with the “Open Draft” container that allows a user to make a forum post.
Previously, before the Creator Hub’s navbar was implemented into the default devforum, this feature worked fine. But it seems when they added it, they forgot to consider fixing this feature.
The container is under/inside the navbar, making it unable to edit the title, tags, and category.

I tried scrolling up to see the window, nope. You have to click escape, or refresh the page.
