I don’t know how to describe this, but recently since the new ‘Dragger QoL’ fixes update I’ve been spotting this:
This has never been a problem years ago. When I used to drag things, they’d always click together when the grid is selected. (Parts in the photo are moved using the dragger tool, not the move tool)
I found that this has something to do with where you click the part when dragging it, is there a way to disable these ‘selection pivots’?
No decimals on both part sizes, even the baseplate, they should NOT be overlapping each other like that.

Is there a “snap to part” toggle that you have on?
And try dragging the corner of a part to a corner
‘Snap to Part’ is toggled off.
And yeah, it seems that meticulously dragging parts by their corners is the only way to remedy this…Which is very annoying.
There has to be a way to disable this ‘drag point’ feature (The yellow dot when you drag parts) and have all parts move to the center of your dragger, like, y’know, how it was before.
Disabled QoL update and this is completely gone.
Confirmed that this is a part of the beta feature, I hope they fix this before forcing the changes onto everyone, it was driving me absolutely crazy.
All of my builds would’ve had this if my OCD not picked up on it, this is a major issue.
Still looking for a setting to fix this with the QoL changes, if any.

with the improvmenets enabled, there should be one extra setting here
try disableing/enableing it and seeing what difference it makes.
