Dragging the Developer Console window (F9) is broken

I have been noticing that dragging the developer console window is kinda broken.

The developer console window only drags once its not ontop of its own gui and doesn’t stop dragging when you let go of your mousebutton on its own gui.

When viewing the developer console whether it be in-game, or in studio. When trying to move it to a new position by holding down the mouse button and dragging.
