Your experience seems to be more in the aspect of building anything you would like, but different from others such as “Speed Draw!” and “Free Draw” (for example), yours is through blocks! I believe your project won’t get any moderation actions, but that does not mean you are 100% safe from getting in some way of trouble… Players can report the experience due to inappropriate creations that are contained in-game.
The solution would be creating a system so players can report inventions for developers to analyze and ban the bad apples.

I really think it’d be impossible to moderate a report system, a vote kick could be potentially abused to kick hard working builders.
Roblox doesn’t ban that kind of games as long as you dont promote building anything against TOS and don’t ignore inappropriate content.
You could make a message when you join to accept rules and maybe make a discord server where player’s could send screenshots of innapropriate builds from players, by the way i am also currently working on a 3D drawing game so i kind of have the same questions

Why? Just make a report system that saves the position, sizing, and colors of all of the reported players blocks in a table or something similar, and sends it along with the report. Then you can check it later and ban them so they can’t do it again.
Alternatively, discord reports with screenshots are also a fine solution like @Aqua_Turneur mentioned.
Hardly impossible, and you’d be pretty well guarded because you’re at least trying to combat it, even if the consequences are quite delayed.

My suggestion for this is to make a votekick system (similar to Free Draw) so if anyone is making an inappropriate drawing, someone can make a vote and if majority of the servers agrees then that person gets banned from the server.
