Head Barista Promotion Guide 
Overview
This document was created to inform DreyUpp’s Low ranks of the typical working practices that a hard working barista should be carrying out.
This guide is designed to support those who are looking to join our Internship Program on the DreyUpp Management team.
This will include requirements as well as tips and information to assist you in the process.
If you have any further questions feel free to approach a senior staff member who will be more than happy to answer those for you.
Staff Intern Requirements
To qualify as a Staff Intern on our management team you must meet the following requirements:
- Only Head Baristas are eligible for this position.
- You must be in the Head Barista Position for at least one week (7 days) Unless the Corporate Team allow this to be bypassed.
- Your Roblox account must be at least one year old.
- Your Roblox account must not have safe-chat, this means you have to be 13 or older.
- You need to have a discord account and must be in the DreyUpp Communications Server. This can be found on our group page.
- You must be able to provide efficient service to our customers at the cafe.
- Your moderation history within our games and communications servers must be clear or minimal.
- Must have decent grammar in your activities at the cafe.
- Overall we are looking for people that are delivering a great experience and presenting the cafe in a brilliant manner.
Those who meet these requirements will be handpicked by the Corporate Leadership Team’s Operation Department and given a trial opportunity as a Staff Intern. This trial period is essential for you to show the Corporate team why you deserve to be on our Management Team here at DreyUpp.
Please Note
- Asking about your chances will simply lower your chance of being chosen on our trial periods.
- Those who excessively message staff about their chances will be blacklisted from being in our Management Team.
