Dropdowns on game display cards aren't displaying (Opera)

I’m not seeing the mouse-over dropdowns on game display cards.

Browser: Opera 42.0.2393.94 on Windows 10

Bug does not happen in the same version of Opera on Windows 8.1

I haven’t had this feature for months on Chrome, Win10. I believe it was already reported.
